~Prologue~
My name is Bailey Clearwater. I am 15 and I live in San Diego, California. Originally I am from La Push, Washington. My father had us move after my mother died when I was 11. Now he is re-married and has two other kids. I always feel left out so I talked to my aunt Sue and she said I could live in La Push with her and my two cousins. Leah and Seth. The one thing in San Diego is my best friend Kayla. We have been best friends since we moved here. Aunt Sue said she could visit anytime. That would be great. Just before I left they had a going away party for me and Kayla got us best friend necklaces. It was a heart broken in half, each of us had half. I promised her I would never take it off. And I was going to keep that promise….
