Chapter 1: Desertion
Aang opened his eyes. The first this he noticed was that was sleeping on some pelts. He appeared to be in a tent of some sort, made of blue material. The sharp pain in his upper back brought all the young avatar's memories flooding back. He stood up and hurried toward thetent's entrance, knocking into someone in the proccess, causing him to fall back onto the pelts that he had just risen from.
After being welcomed back enthusiastically by his "family", Sokka started brining Aang up tospeed on their location and situation.
"Since we were in kind of a bad position defense wise, we decided to join up with our dad atCamelion Bay. The Water tribe forces are going to join up with us for the invasion. Our dad, Bato, and some others are going to travel the earth kingdom gathering our allies there to help withthe invasion." Sokka looked expectantly at Aang.
After a slight pause, Aang spoke,"That's really great, Sokka, but whose going to teach me firebending?"
AN: I know it's short, but I really don't jave a lot of time this weekend. If I get some feedback I will update it (I was planning on adding a part about Zuko). If I update it, it'll still be in this chapter, if your interested. So please read and review!!!!!
