Would you Promise Me?
Chapter 1: Sap
To say that it started with sap, wasn't true. It started on the day that she told Gorthalon that she liked him. She had handed sap out to everyone, being pressured by Coral and Ocean. Pretty soon, she had attracted Colorsplash and Gorthalon, too. The first words were spoken hen the bell rang. Everyone got up, but Gorthalon tagged behind. She walked over to him, gathered up the courage, and spoke.
"Hey Gorthalon?"
"Yeah?"
"I like you."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
And then she walked off. Just padded away, leaving Gorthalon to run to his next class. Later on she asked if he would go out with her. with a snort, he said one word. "Heh! No!" However, she didn't seem affected by it. "REJECTION!" She yelled, and ran up the stairs to continue advisory.
That was when it was created.
Later the next day, Ocean, Gorthalon, Arrow, Clolrsplash, Coral and Strikik were sitting together when Ocean caught her walking by.
"Jeez, when will that chick stop STALKING us?" Everyone looked his way. "Who?" Coral asked. "Obsidian, ya know, the weird cartoon chick?" Colorsplash snapped her head to say something to Ocean, when Strikik, her boyfriend, butted in. "She is kinda weird, really." Colorsplash then decided not to say anything when Gorthalon joined in. "Yeah, she's weird. Won't stop staring at me." They continued to make jokes about her, getting slowly worse, until the bell rang. On her way to 3rd period, Colorsplash saw a tail running into the girls bathroom. "Maybe someone just really needed to go." she thought to herself. But a single thought betrayed her.
"Or maybe Obsidian had better ears than we thought."
