The Memories Come Flooding Back.

I apologize in advanced for any grammatical mistakes.

Harry decided to take one final walk around Hogwarts before leaving for the last time. He felt an odd sense of nostalgia walking around the castle, all of the classrooms that were once bustling with excited first year students stood, empty, deserted.

His footsteps echoed through the corridors, rays of sunlight beamed through the glass windows and bounced playfully off of the walls. This place really was magical.

Harry passed a cabinet full of trophies, he stared through the glass at the numerous placards and silver cups, and saw his dads name staring back at him. A small tear drifted silently down his cheek.

Hogwarts was the only real home that Harry had ever had, and to be leaving it forever seemed so strange, he couldn't quite decide whether it was a good thing or not.

He walked down the enchanted stairs, and it occurred to Harry that it might be the last time he ever did so. Faces gleamed at him from within the intricate golden frames that lined the walls.

He decided to take one last walk around the grounds. The shrieks and noises of magical plants filled the air as he approached the herbology greenhouses. It really was a beautiful day.

Last of all, Harry walked up to Hagrid's hut for the last time. Hagrid wasn't in, he and the others were waiting in Hogsmeade, ready to leave. They were already late, but Harry had managed to persuade them to let him take one last look around.

*In Hogsmeade*

"Come on 'Arry! We're gunna be late!", Hagrids warm, friendly voice exclaimed as Harry approached the crowd. Hermione hugged Harry tightly, Ginny smiled in his direction as he rested his chin on Hermione's shoulder. A warm sensation filled Harry with a sudden sense of light. Over the years, Harry had never truly had time to think about what might happen in his future, but part of him hoped that he would have his own children, and they would come to Hogwarts. They would come home and tell him about the amazing time that they had had during the term. He would be an amazing father.

He would give them the loving life that he had never had until the age of 11.

And Harry would be there for them.

Always.
