Okay so this is from a tourist's POV not a citizen of Panem.
I have the list in my hand. The list that my mother gave me before I left. I promised her I'd do all the things on the list for her. She had always wanted to go to Panem, but she got very sick. Now she is dead but made me promise to do these things. So here I am. The list is below.
1. Run up to President Snow and ask him do you enjoy sending 23 kids to death every year?
2. Tour the arena for the 74th annual hunger games.
3. Visit district 4 and stalk Finnick Odair.
4. Declare a food fight with Effie in the room so that you can see the look on Effie's face.
5. Eat some capitol food.(and by some I mean a lot)
6. Go to district 12 and stalk Katniss, or Prim, or Peeta. Or Gale, or even buttercup.
7. Introduce capitol citizens to Lady Gaga
8. Go to President Snow's mansion and say Long live the mockingjay in order to see how much trouble you would get in.
9. Try the beef and lamb stew.
10. Visit district 7 and tell Johanna she could try to be a bit nicer in order to see what she would do to you.
I don't really get why she wanted do these things but I promised her. I love you mom.
These aren't very good but it's something.
