Chung: Deadly Chaser
Ara: Sakra Devanam
On the day they were going to leave to Hamel to Sander, he asked, "What do you wish for most?" She gave him a questioning look before pondering. She looked up thoughtfully wondering what exactly did she wish for.
It hit her with realization, an obvious answer she forgot because by the moment, he was inching closer. She turned her head to hide the light blush appearing on her cheeks. "I wish to get my brother back."
He nodded understandingly. "I see... You have a strong desire to fight for what is right you know?" He beamed at her causing her to blush more. Honestly, she did not understand why her body was doing so. They were just friends, right?
The duo fell quiet with no words being exchanged between them. In attempt to revive the conversation she asks, "Hey Chung? Do you think you can bring back your father?" The younger boy looks down at his feet. "I... I don't know. The guardion stone was corrupt, but.. I don't know if it's possible at all." Tears fall down his cheek. "It's... It's all my fault. I couldn't do anything about it. I was to weak to protect anyone..."
She embraced him, whispering, "You just have to believe."
The winds blow softly the birds chirping. Yet, the happy cheery mood did not fit the two. Instead, they were well, sad. The memories and pains are still fresh. Ran had escaped leaving Ara alone yet again. Chung, no matter what, was still not powerful enough to face his father yet.
"Do you think everything will be okay?" She turned to look at him, gazing at the sunset behind them. "Can it really be okay? Can we really change and fix everything? Is it possible?" She stares at him, wondering what caused him to doubt himself and the others.
"Of course it will be! You just have to believe!" She wanted to believe her own words, she really did. Yet, she felt the shadow of doubt. She pushed it aside. After everything, she wasn't going to doubt herself. Not anymore. They've been through to much to give up now.
"Are you sure? Certain? Can you promise me that?" She looked at him to see him look at her expectantly. "I promise." She held out her pinky to seal the promise, and their fingers intertwined.
"I love you." She whispered the 3 most important words into his ears and kissed him on the lips. His cerulean eyes widen in shock but he returns the kiss and embraces her for the rest of the night.

A/N: I kinda wanted to get Ara friend-zoned but then it wouldn't be Chara so here you go. The friend zone ending.
"I love you." "Um... I can't accept your feelings Ara. I'm sorry. I.. I love Eve." We can still be friends right?" "... Yeah. We still can!" She feels like crying but holds it in. At least, they can still be friends.
