Back to the Start- Lily Allen
The energy dissipated once more for tenth time in his life, leaving him feeling weak and breathless. The feeling wasn't all that unusual; it had been like this every time, only this time he felt something he didn't before. He felt sorrow. He had a new face, and new body and most importantly a new personality for a fresh start. But still something was constricting inside his chest. He had send the Time Lords back into the Time War, and that way finishing it once more all and for once. He was companionless once again and he was a new man. Yes the Doctor thought to himself. He was back to the start.
Patience- Take That
The Doctor sat in the console room silently watching Martha, who was with her back to him trying to stiffen her sobs. He sighed to himself she was like this ever since they left 1969. He had tried to tell her from the beginning that there could never be anything between them, but she was stubbornly clinging to her feelings. Was she still hoping that he would get over Rose and jump into her arms? He hoped she would have a bit more patience. It was too soon after he had lost his Rose, and with her his heart. But Martha wouldn't listen, wouldn't be persuaded to just have a little patience.
