The courtyard of the academy was bursting at the seams, full of plants. Miku, a girl with long bluish twintails and wearing a perfectly fitting black dress, the standard uniform, leaned down and spoke to the plants. "Hehe, it sure is nice to see all of you today!" She said. "Talking to plants again?" A voice behind her said mockingly. Standing beside a patch of roses was the tall upperclassman Gakupo, a snobby boy who teased the younger girl. "Go away! I'm gardening." Miku said shrilly. She was blushing from embarrassment even though she knew there was nothing wrong with what she was doing. "Idiot. You're wasting your time." Gakupo said. "Those worthless flowers can't even hear your pathetic voice." A mature voice said, "Excuse me." In a matter of seconds, Gakupo fell forward; he was kicked from behind. Her skirt fluttering around her, an older student named Megurine Luka triumphantly crossed her arms. Gakupo spit on the ground, whining as he pushed himself out of the dirt. "Tch." He walked away. Miku was blushing even more. She had...a crush, perhaps, on Luka. She couldn't believe what had just happened. Luka reached her hand down. "Miss, are you alright?" The blue-haired girl took her hand, and nodded. "Mhm! Thank you..." Suddenly, Luka's grip tightened, and she pulled Miku up quickly, twirling her before planting a sweet kiss on her lips.
