Gently pushing the tape into the player, Shizuma pressed start, and hurried back to the little couch. She snuggled under the blanket next to her precious girlfriend.
Nagisa had been the one to suggest renting a horror movie; she decided it was a nice way to prove to Shizuma that she was more mature by overcoming her fear of spooky stuff. Plus, she would be able to cuddle with her.
But as the movie went on, she felt herself shaking from fear. Sensing this, Shizuma slid her hand over and softly intertwined their fingers. Everything became comfortable and safe.
