(Dawn POV)
Ash and I have been married for 3 years now and Leaf and Gary for 4 years. So anyways, Ash and I were sitting on our sofa watching a romance movie when the doorbell rang, at the door were Gary and Leaf, and their 1 year old son, Blue, we had invited them over for dinner.
"Hey Leaf! How are you, and how are you Blue." I cooed.
"I am great, Dawn" She said.
"Have you told Ash…" She whispered.
"I am planning tonight." I whispered back.
"Tell Ash what?" Gary said.
"Dawn is pregnant." She whispered.
Oh good luck telling him…" He said walking back to his car.
"Oh no you don't, you're staying." Leaf growled.
"Anyways guys come on in we are starting dinner…" I said.
We walked over and we all seated ourselves at the table.
"I have something special for dinner." I said brightly.
I placed the food at the table.
"Alright baby carrots, baby corn, and baby back-ribs!" Ash exclaimed
"Ash do you see anything special about the food" I said…
I really hope he gets it.
"Yeah Finger Food." he said beginning to munch in.
I face-palmed and Leaf leaned in and whispered "That's what you get for marrying the densest person on the…"
As soon as I glared at her she shut up.
When the meal was over, I told everyone to head to the living room for a movie. The movie was Daddy Day Care.
"Ash anything special about the movie?"
"Yeah it's a comedy movie, normally we watch romance movies which are extremely boring."
Leaf, Gary, and I fell out of our chair.
When the movie was over, we all went to the family room and socialized. About an hour of dropping hints later I had enough.
"Ash, I am pregnant."
I probably should of told Ash when he was sitting down. He was bringing me a glass of water when I said that and he fainted, dropping the glass down.
Ten minutes later he woke up.
"So Dawn am I really going to be a father?"
"Yes Ash…" I brightly smiled
"WHOOOOO" He yelled, getting up and running around like a child.
(Eight years later)
"Carrie Berlitz Ketchum, what do you think you are doing…"
"Uhhh, eating my cabbage."
"More like feeding it to Pikachu" Ash chuckled
"Carrie eat your vegetables" I said.
"Oh and Oaks are coming over today!"
"WHOOOOOO" Carrie and Ash yelled.
Like father like daughter. Sometimes I wonder how I put up with them. So 4 hours later the Oaks were leaving when Carrie gave Blue a kiss on the cheek and ran off.
"Ah young love" Ash whispered, kissing me on the forehead.
I smiled.
My first-one shot ever and I failed miserably, Its really short too. Anyways please Review. I know I sucked but maybe next time I can do a better job. :)
