The Open Door

Hermione Granger was on her way to the D.A meeting. Harry had been working hard on what to teach them next, he was up all last night trying to figure it was up too, working on clothes for S.P.E.W. Even though Dobby was the only one who wore them she wouldn't give up.
She had left Gryffindor Tower a little early, Ron was with Harry working on getting in the Come and Go Room. She was walking around a little to check on the halls. After all she was a Prefect.

She turned a corner down what she thought were now empty classrooms.
Hermione was enjoying the quiet of Hogwarts, just admiring the paintings who waved as she walked by or snored in their frames. As she looked down the hall she saw a door cracked open and the light inside left sighed, probably just a first year who forgot to turn it off.
Rolling her eyes she steered herself in that direction. The closer she got to the classroom the more she saw.

At first she couldn't believe her eyes. She was shocked, it was Mad Eye Moody, but he wasn't alone; Madame Pomfrey was with him. She was up on the teachers desk her legs wrapped tightly around him. Hermione was rooted to the spot, mouth open hand on the door knob. Madame Pomfrey's hair was down, obviously because Moody had pulled the hair pins from it, her arms were looped around his neck and was making small moans every now and again. Mad Eye was standing in front of her one hand on the witch's lower back the other was up her red gown. They were glued together at the mouth and didn't seem to be coming apart anytime soon.

Hermione had never seen anything like it before in her life. She had always suspected something between the two. When hefirst walked into the Great Hall last year at the begining of term feast she saw the way Madame Pomfrey's eyes lit up, and how she looked so nervous. Hermione Granger was alot of things: smart, stubborn, opinionated. But one thing not everyone knew was she could see what others felt. She saw in men and women's eyes what they were thinking, maybe that sounds crazy...but ' the only way she can describe it.

She stood there for about thirty seconds debating on what to do and finally she said in a quiet voice "Madame Pomfrey," The witches eyeballs looked like they were about to pop out of there sockets at the voice of the young girl. She Pushed the wizard off of her with a force that sent him to the ground. She hoped of the desk and adjusted her dress, and then ran her hand over her hair making it look ten times more tame-i must learn that spell, Hermione thought-then she seemed that everything in her head was going through in one big thought. "I wont tell anyone....but you might want to close the door." Hermione gave her a weak smile as she turned and left for her D.A meeting.
