Tsunade- lady like, and most likely to teach Naruto about the importance of being a gentleman
Jiraiya- ladies' man, and most likely to teach Naruto about the points of being a ladies' man, and maybe pervertedness
Orochimaru- bad boy figure, and most likely teach Naruto about the inner sense of having a bad boy attitude, such as go punk rock like guy
