Today was boring. More than usual. The weather on Alternia wasn't helping either. It was cold, even for Terezi. She had nothing to do that day, and nobody was online anyways. With a resigned sight, Terezi stood up from her chair; trying to think what to do.
Everyone's hives were pretty far away from hers... Except Karkat's. It had been a lot of time since she tried to aproach him. Discarded the option. She did want to see him, but how was she going to? ''Hello karkat I didn't see you in a sweep and I have been such a shitty friend but i was bored and you are near my hive so hey.''
Of course not.
Thinking of what else to do, Terezi walked in circles across her hive. FLARPing? Everyone had better tings to do. Chat? No one was online. Her only option was to try and make amends with Karkat. On her hive, she opened one of the drawers and took out her dragon cape. It was too cold for her too.
Still not knowing what to do. But this time, she was in front of his door. There was no turning back now. Just before shei could knock on the door, the door was wide open. Dammit. He heard your steps from inside.
-Karkat, I-
Terezi could not finish her sentence, because Karkat moved to aside and invited her to come in. She walked inside, hesitant. Then, sat on the couch. He closed the door and talked to her.
-So, are you going to Flarp by yourself or what?
It was surprising. Terezi noticed that her confusion was evident. Trying to hide it, she cleared her throat. She couldn't answer. He never asked this before.
-Why? You never flarp. -Terezi said in a voice almost inaudible
Karkat sighed loudly and rolled his eyes.
- I better keep you busy so you don't start drinking that dumbass elixir again. -He sounded slightly annoyed. But then again it was Karkat.- So uh, I guess if you want i can Flarp with you.
