It was over before it'd even started.
There are several types of shinobi in the world:
Those, who had decided not to love,
Those, who couldn't make up their minds to love who,
Those, who loved someone but made no effort to proclaim…
Without a doubt, she fit into the last category.
Now she knew how things would turn out, she wished to go back to the past. Because, maybe, even in her old shy self, with the new found knowledge; she would've done something to change the situation.
Then…maybe then…
The person he marries today would be her instead.
