Chell looked to her side and was greeted with the sight of Wheatley asleep on the opposite couch. Something about seeing the android engaged in sleep mode was particularly... cute. Perhaps it was the way he lay sprawled on the couch with his legs hanging over the side. He really was much too big for such a tiny piece of furniture.

Chell stood up and stretched, deciding it was high time she headed to bed. She sat down next to the brunette, not having any intention of waking him, but still wanting to say good night.

The mute ran her fingers through Wheatley's artificial hair. She was still surprised that it was fake. It felt so real.

Suddenly, she felt soft little vibrations running through the tips of her fingers. A low hum erupted from his core. The droning was actually somewhat comforting. But Chell swore she had heard that she recognised the sound. Was Wheatley... purring? Looking down, she spotted a soft smile on his face. Yes, he was purring, she was sure of it.

Chell giggled softly, giving him a pat on the back. She then got to her feet, stretching once more. She flicked the lights off, heading off to her bedroom.
