TIMELINE:
Here's just a GUESS of how I think that Teen Titans (the original series not the one currently running) and Young Justice work in the same timeline! Again it's a rough guess! If you want I can go in more detail in following chapters, but up to you! For now I will use Dick Grayson/Robin as the focal point between the two shows
We start with Young Justice:
Beginning of Season 1: Dick is stated as 13
During Season 1: Dick's birthday
End of Season 1: Dick is 14
Now we go to Teen Titans:
age is never stated; although records from the creators, hints in tie in comics and fans guess themselves the ages are:
Robin, Raven and Starfire are 15
Cyborg is 17
Beast Boy and Terra are 14
Season 1: Dick is 14 (assumed)
Season 2: Starfire goes to the future in a fight with Warp and discovers the Teen Titans have disbanded and they are adults. Twenty years have passed and Nightwing is shown, possibly mid 30s as he is able bodied
Season3: ages are not discussed
Season 4: Raven's 16th birthday comes, causing an almost apocalypse
Season 5: fans theorize ages that are around 15-17 range
Back to Young Justice:
Beginning Season 2: Dick is NightWing, still a part of Young Justice and not in the League
During Season 2: Other teams have seemed to crop up, the Runaways for example and Young Justice has grown massively. Dick is according to the Young Justice Wiki is 19
End of Season 2: Dick leaves the Team

Ok so I think THINK that's pretty plausible, if this gets popular I'll post Beast Booy's involvement and Kid Flash since they also appear in both series
