I'm sorry. It was late and I couldn't sleep and all I could think about was how Mega Team Charm could be, so I wrote this...questionable piece of fanfiction.
I'm sorry. I'll never do something this stupid again.
One cloudy and dark day, Medicham and Gardevoir were slouching in their chairs at a table at McDonald's.
"There's nothing to do," Gardevoir sighed.
"You got that right, sista," Medicham replied.
Then Lopunny came running in and yelled, "Hey guys! Guess what?"
"What?"
"I just went out and found a bunch of rocks!" Lopunny dropped her bag on the table, causing the half-eaten burgers to fall onto the ground, and lo and behold, a bunch of rocks tumbled from the sack. Gardevoir and Medicham inspected them.
"Yes, those certainly are rocks," Gardevoir verified.
"Why, though?" Medicham asked. "Why are they rocks? Why aren't they something valuable, like Poké or gems? Lopunny, why do you have to be such a screw-up?"
Lopunny's face fell.
"I mean, come on, man. Rocks. You just can't do any better than...rocks."
"Well, I..."
"Yeah, you kind of do suck," Gardevoir agreed. "You might just be the lamest leader ever. Dunsparce can do way better. Rocks. Really, dude?"
Lopunny scratched her head, then smiled. "Well, these are *magical* rocks," she informed. "See, if we each hold one of the large ones, and someone else holds the matching small ones, we can transform into uber-kawaii magical girls!"
Medicham and Gardevoir gazed evenly at each other, then Gardevoir said, "Y'know, your therapist was talking about it being high time to chat with you again – "
"I mean it! Look!" Lopunny grabbed a large rock, then thrust one of the smaller rocks at Medicham. "Now just tap the rock!"
"I think it's time for you to go back on your meds," Medicham began, but was cut off by a screech from Lopunny.
"Just DO it!" she cried out, flailing her arms. Heaving a sigh, Medicham tapped the rock.
Then Lopunny transformed into an uber-kawaii magical girl.
"Holy mother of Magikarp, these actually work!" Medicham exclaimed, and took a large rock for herself. "Here, Gardevoir, tap one of those small stones!"
Gardevoir emotionlessly poked one of the stones, causing Medicham to also transform.
"You guys realize that you aren't magical girls, right?" she asked with a sigh as they ran amuck through the McDonald's. "You just Mega evolved. No big deal, really."
Lopunny waltzed over and plopped the last large Mega Stone onto Gardevoir's lap, then touched a smaller one. The moment Gardevoir got a load of her new, ultra adorable dress, she began to feel hyper.
"Dude! I'm a magical girl now! Let's go fight crime!"
"Yeah!" cheered Lopunny and Medicham, and together they ran off and defeated Primal Dialga, Darkrai, and Team Rocket, then Cresselia out of spite. They were the most fabulous beings that ever lived and they all lived happily ever after, including the traumatized McDonald's employees.
