Hi! My name's Alexis. I'm sixteen, with light red hair, blue eyes and standing roughly 5'9". Or at least I used to. These days I'm small, round, and purple. And did I mention the green leaves on my head?
Yea, I'm an Oddish.
I wasn't always like this though. My life was fine until a van pulled up and spat out a bunch of people in black suits to kidnap me with. I was just walking along the path to the pokemart when I was snatched.
The grass pokemon frowned, nibbling some pokefood out of a bowl set into its cage. 'I really should stop monologing to myself.' Standing up on my two short legs, I peeked out of the cage bars, eyeing the female scientist at her computer.
She was wearing the stereotypical white lab coat, with a pair of small, round glasses stuck to her face and lengthy brown hair. The woman was generally kinder than the rest of her co-workers, with me usually able to get a treat from her on occasion for good behavior.
A beep sounded off from the computer, a screen showing the face of a man I had grown to hate popping up in front of her work. "Dr. Leina, is the Oddish ready for today's special event?" I could of swore I saw her eyes narrow the tiniest bit.
"Yes, Dr. Lanning. I'll have her brought out right away."
"See that you do, and don't keep me waiting!"
The screen left as quickly as it had originally popped up, the woman sighing as she got to her feet. "Sorry little one, but today is the day." Leina walked over to the cage and opened it, reaching in.
I scooted to the back of the cage, giving her a plaintive cry. I did NOT want to go through with what they had in mind. They were NOT sticking me in a pokeball!
Unfortunately I didn't have a choice, squirming in the woman's hands after being picked up. "Shhh shh.. Calm down now. I know you don't want to, and if it was my choice I would of let you free long ago."
I hate scientists.
Not sure where all this one will go.. YET. If you have any pokemon you want to see in this story, send me a message and I'll think on it. Not accepting any full blown characters though.
So why an Oddish? Believe it or not, I love the Vileplume line, with Vileplume being my favorite grass type.
