Fullmetal Alchemist

Colonel Roy Mustang glanced around his office. He stood up and walked to the door, opened it a little and stuck his head out into the corridor. He looked left. He looked right. He looked left again just to be sure. He shut the door and locked it, pulling all ten bolts across. He sniggered to himself quietly and pulled a key from his pocket unlocking a drawer in his desk. He paused suspiciously, the ran back to the door and pressed his ear against it. Good. No-one there. He snuck back over to the desk and the now (unlocked) drawer. He pulled it open, smirking at his own cleverness. He reached in and whipped out…

…A MASSIVE BAR OF CADBURY'S FINEST! He dove below the desk. He smiled as he carefully peeled back the wrapper. He paused again. Suddenly he grinned maniacally and started to tear the wrapper off, flinging it around like confetti. He stopped, then looked around the side of the desk. The door remained closed. He broke off a corner from the bar and nibbled the edge. Screw this he thought and started shovelling chocolate into his face, not caring about the fact that half of it had somehow ended up smeared around his mouth, unfortunately some of it ended up melted across his fingers too. Suddenly, he stopped. There was a creaking noise from the other side of the desk. Fearfully, he wrapped his fingers around the edge of the desk and pulled himself up.

Riza stood there. He mouth hanging open, staring at the Colonel who had a similar expression on his face though smeared with chocolate. Mustang stared at the door and the bolts that hung loosely from the wall. He looked at Riza. 'How did you…? What did you…? Why did you…?'

Riza stalked over to the desk. Mustang started praying. She flicked out a finger and swiped it across his face. 'What…is this, sir…?'

Mustang visibly flinched. 'Um…'

'Is this…chocolate?'

Mustang decided to come clean. 'I'M SORRY! I COULDN'T RESIST IT ANY LONGER!' He broke down.

Riza sighed. 'You've got one hour to clean yourself up before the staff meeting Colonel. I'll see you then.'

She turned on her heel and left.

Roy sighed in relief before turning around to face the desk. 'Now where did the rest of it go…?' He checked under the desk, not there. He looked on top of the desk, not there. He checked his pockets, not there. A yellow sticky note caught his eye on the desk. He picked it up and began to read.

Colonel,

There's no point looking for that chocolate as it's safely on it's way to the rubbish, you've had enough Sir. Remember, one hour until the staff meeting.

Lt Hawkeye

'Damn.'
