In better days I've been known to listen
I go to waste all my time is missing

I'm mapping out my ending,
it's never gonna happen now
These things are condescending
with everybody backing down

Oliver Oken sat down at the table, thinking about someone very special to him. Lillian Truscott, who was killed yesterday, in a fatal car accident. Tears streamed down his face, which was cold to the touch, he hadn't eaten in days, for Lily had been in the car accident a week ago and was pronounced dead yesterday morning.

You pray to stars that can help you get by
And all at once you forget to try

I'd go there if you let me,
they're never gonna find me now
My life is always empty
and in and out of doubt

Oliver stared at the CD player beside him, he was listening to 'The Grace' by the Neverending White Lights. He couldn't take this anymore. In anger, threw the music player to the other side of the room. It smashed, just like the car, which Lily was in, which caused her death. And he knew nothing could stop him from crying.

Your not coming back for me, these things they will never be
I'm so used to being wrong, so put me where I belong

I'll get back to you,
God knows I try,
but I still lose
And I get back to you,
these days run by,
but I still lose

He jumped into his car and drove, drove far away to the cemetery, and lay down by the gravestone his girlfriend lay under. Tears fell unto the dirt, he picked a rose and placed by the grave. "I love you." he whispered.

Angels say they can make you suffer
They give and take like a vicious lover

When all this loses meaning,
You'll never want it back somehow
Awake but still I'm dreaming
And never waking up

The newspaper the next week was shocking, the headline was; A Malibu tragedy, young 16 year old boy shot and killed yesterday, at approximately 6:18 in the morning, the name, Oliver Oken.

Oliver died that night, but only happy to be with Lily again. Now he was not alone...

Alone...Where I'm not alone.
