"Hey Lightning... was San Fransisco this crazy?" Mater asked as he and Lightning McQueen were touring the seaside city of San Francisco, with the two surprised at how fast the cars were zipping around.
"I'm not sure, Mater..." Lightning remarked as he took a glance around. "I just assumed that California was kind of like Los Angeles, since it's the most popular city and all..."
"Watch out! Steer clear!" Exclaimed a yellow taxi cab with sunglasses on and a orange hat as he accidentally bumped into Lightning and Mater, knocking them on their sides.
"Hey! What was the dadgum point of that racket?" Mater exclaimed as he got back onto his wheels, spinning around his cable hook.
"Sorry 'bout that. It's hard to stay focused here when so many tiny cars ask for lifts." The taxi cab stated as he cleared his throat. "Name's Joe, BD Joe to be exact. I would love to stay and chat, but I have a job to do!"
"Oh, no problem, just go off and do what you need to do," Lightning responded as he shook his head.
BD Joe smiled as he nodded, taking off towards the Pizza Hut as Lightning and Mater watched him take off.
"Man, I would love to be a taxi cab, just so I would have another tall tale to tell," Mater stated with a smile.
Lightning rolled his eyes as he smirked. "Mater, I'm sure no one would believe you about being a taxi cab..."
"Sure they would. I mean, you would be one too!" Mater laughed as he touched Lightning with his left front wheel.
