If you've read any of my previous stories, you should know by now, I don't own any Labyrinth stuff, even if I wish I did, which I do.
Interviewer: Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Today I have a special treat for you, an interview with one of your favorite puppets…er…actors. Hello.
Worm: 'Ello.
Interviewer: So, ah, thank you for taking the time to do this interview Mr. Ah, Wyrm is it?
Worm: No, no, it's just worm, like it's spelled.
Interviewer: Of course. Well, thank you again for letting me do this interview.
Worm: Well, I'm just glad I can do this. I've never really been paid much attention to, always thought of as an extra.
Interview: I can see where that might be difficult. But, I understand that Labyrinth was a big step towards stardom for you. Why do you think that is?
Worm: Well, I think it's because I got my first speaking part in Labyrinth. I mean, I was in Dark Crystal and quite a few of the Fragglerock series, but nobody seems to remember me in them. I was also in some of the garden scenes in Hey Cinderella. Did you know that?
Interviewer: *Yawns slightly* No, I didn't know that, that's quite interesting. Now-
Worm: And another reason I think that Labyrinth might be my first big movie is that I was able to really show a lot of feeling in some of my lines. The one that I think I like the best was, 'No! Not that way, never go that way!' I got to show some real emotions with just that one line. I mean, I could have said it in so many ways. I could have gone, 'No, don't go that way, never go that way.' Do you see the difference?
Interviewer: *Jerking his head upright with a start* Ah, yes, now-
Worm: Or, I could have been, 'Nooooohhhhh! Not that way, never go that way!' You see, it's almost like the Star Wars nooooohhhhh. You know, where Luke screams after Kenobi dies? Well, anyway, where was I? Oh yes, or I could have been like…
The worm drones on with the one line, oblivious to the fact that the interviewer is slowly growing comatose. After a while, the interviewer looks at his watch and smiles in relief.
Interviewer: Well, I hate to interrupt, but it seems that we've reached out time limit. Thanks again for your input on your acting career.
Worm: *A little put off at the interruption* Not a problem. I love talking to my fans.
Interviewer: Ah yes…of course. Well, I've loved talking with you. Thank you, and goodbye.
Worm: G'bye. Say, would you like to come back with me and meet the misses?
Interviewer: Tempting, but, no.
