The Rains Impatient Fingers.

The rains impatient fingers tap loudly against the window. The moon casts against a glow over the room. Owls hoot in the darkness of the outside. Lightning hits a nearby tree and the thunder claps to congratulate it on its perfect aim. Still she doesn't stir.

The clock strikes twelve and suddenly everything changes. She now starts to sweat and scream. She pulls at her hair begging for the pain to stop, but she keeps on remembering.

The hooded figures get closer and closer until they are breathing in her face. They grab at her arms and clothes. She struggles but can't get free.

Then he's there. He holds her till her cries die down. He holds her until her breathings back to normal. He holds her until she drifts into a peaceful slumber. He holds her because he can.
