A clumsy grin thinned Miki's lips as she staggered forward, knife in hand. Shadows played on the wall behind her and the candlelight obscured some of her face. She leaned closer and whispered to the man tied in the chair, "She sure was pretty, huh? I mean, at least you have good taste."

Her boyfriend winced as she pressed the flat edge of the knife to his throat. "M-Miki, you're drunk. Untie me and I'll explain everything…"

The redhead hiccupped and staggered around the chair to face him properly. "Remember all those times you had me in this exact same position?"

"That was different. We were having fun back then."

"It was fun for you, I'm sure." Miki slumped against the wall and turned the knife over in her hands. Light glinted off its razor edge and tantalized her as she continued to babble, "I'll bet she enjoyed it too. She seems like the masochistic type. What kind of sounds did she make? Did she scream for you? Sigh? Moan? Groan? Holler like the devil himself was at the door?"

The blue-haired man pursed his lips and retorted, "And I suppose you're just an innocent little girl?" He straightened his back and leaned forward. "As if. You're one of the sickest masochists I've ever come across, Miki babe. You know I love you."

"Liar, liar, pants on fire," hummed Miki as she took a candle from the wall and held it a few inches from his face. A painful malice flickered in her eyes and her voice tumbled into an erratic sob. "Why? I was a good girl. I did everything you told me to and you still went looking for trouble. You betrayed me, Kaito."

"So I have commitment issues? D-Doesn't everyone?" Kaito leaned back in his chair and twisted his face away from the candle's flame. "It was a one-time fling, babe. I swear!"

Miki shook her head and howled over him, "You're horrible! Look at you! Lie, lie, lie! That's all you're good for!" She dropped the candle and stepped back. Flames licked the hem of her boyfriend's pants and sent a shiver down her spine. "It's nice to see you writhing for a change."

"Miki, for God's sake, what are you doing?! Put that bottle down!" shrieked Kaito as his girlfriend picked up a bottle of sake and poured it over the flames. His cries crashed through the ceiling as the fire crawled along his legs and nipped at his flesh. A loud gasp interrupted his screams when Miki suddenly doused him with a splash of water. "I-I said I was sorry, Miki! I-It won't happen again!"

His cute, masochistic princess just smiled back at him and bent down to retrieve the knife she dropped. Kaito's reflection glimmered in one side of the blade and Miki's eyes in the other. She came closer, so close that he could smell the alcohol in her breath.

"Don't worry, babe. I'll train you the same way you did me."
