Dear Rupert,
I hope that this letter finds you in good spirits and in good health. Although, from what I heard from your Gran, I have my doubts.
The reason I'm writing you tonight Rupert, is to tell you about my Slayer; who I hope that if something should happen to me the Council to it that she is passed on to you.
Her name on her birth certificate is Elizabeth Anne Summers, but for some reasohat I cannot understand answers to the name of Buffy.
She is, I can tell you a spitfire and at times can be a major pain in the ass. But despite this Rupert I believe that Buffy will be the greatest soldier that the Council and the world will ever see. I just hope that she survives the war.
I hope that you write soon and say "Hello" to your parents for me
