Leave out all the Rest by Lina Ben
I don't own Pokemon or the song Leave Out All The Rest by Linkin Park. The characters are mine though.
There is a family of Eevee evolutions deep within Whisper forest. Summer, the Espeon had just woken up and was yawning widely. The Espeon was special because she could learn Fire type moves. Her brother, an Umbreon called Winter, had also just woken up and was scratching his ear. He gazed at his sister and said "Good Morning, Summer." Summer looked at her brother and sighed. Winter was so different from her in ways he didn't even know. Their parents, an Espeon called Rainbow and a Flareon called Thermal had woken up too. "Dad I have some ideas about that annoying Sneasel clan." Winter said to his father. Thermal sighed "Winter, I already told you, we're making peace with their clan." There was silence so quiet that you could hear the wind whispering in the trees.
Summer decided to follow her father and her brother to the Sneasel territory. Summer leaped to the next tree and stopped in her tracks, seeing her brother and her father had arrived at the territory. Down below, Thermal and Winter had started talking with their clan leader. Suddenly, Winter slashed at the clan leader, ripping the pokemon's skin and licking its blood. Winter then attacked every Sneasel in the area, tasting all of their blood. Thermal contained Winter from attacking a small Sneasel that was running away from both of them. Summer jumped down from the branch she was sitting on and ran towards Winter and Thermal. The silence was so loud that time seemed to stop.
Winter glared at Summer and Thermal. His eyes were blood red and there was blood leaking from his mouth. "So, Summer, what now?" he snarled "Are you going to run?" he asked. Summer didn't utter a single word. So she did the only thing left to do. She ran to her father and teleported out of sight. Summer cried and sobbed over the death of the Sneasel clan. "I will become stronger and I will kill you Winter." She whispered her voice being carried away by the breeze.
