Close your eyes

Close your eyes

Pretend everything's okay

Pretend all the pain and suffering has gone

Shut your eyes

There's just me and you

Alone in the world

Imagine there's no rows and no fights

Everything's just fine

The world is perfect

Our torment is gone

Close your eyes

Pretend they're not arguing again

I'll stay with you

I'll love you forever

Just shut your eyes

Imagine they love each other

Imagine all the hate is gone;

All the anguish

Pretend there's only love.

What we can't see

Isn't there

Everything is happy

In the world inside your mind

Everything will be okay

All the sorrow will disappear

If you just close your eyes.
