Chapter 1: Trainee
"Ahhhhhh" Naruto grunted "it's a Monday and that means major training session but on the bright side ramen is 20% off on Mondays so I will be full of energy for training later, but first,milk." Naruto went to the fridge on the other side of the house and got a carton of milk and drank it straight away, then getting a second carton from the fridge and drinking it half way when he realised that it was sour and way past the sell by date and face planted on the floor. When Naruto woke up he wonder how long he had been out for then he looked at his clock that looked like a huge bowl of ramen and saw that it was 4:00."Oh no I'm two hours late" Naruto said in a panic and rushed off out his window with his stomach rumbling. As he was leaping across the roofs of the village he thought to himself "It doesn't matter if I'm late because Kakashi-sensai is usually three hours late.
When Naruto got to the spot that he was to meet the others he found that no one was there ,so he went to the forest, where they were going to train and saw Kakashi-sensei tied to a tree. Just as he got there Sakura and Sasuke showed up and asked what the hell was going on "I have no idea." Naruto replied. Just then a man popped out from behind the tree that Kakashi was tied to, and it looked like he was from the village hidden in the mist but Naruto and the others were all unsure.
"Who are you."Naruto exclaimed. The ninja said nothing and just rushed at them. Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto all dodged the attacks and then countered. They carried on battling like this for hours and eventually the ninja got a hit on all of them and they fell to the floor."Who are you." Naruto asked again. The ninja replied "I am a Jounin ranked missing nin ninja of the mist." "Oh no we're in trouble here." Said Sakura. "Your name."Said Sasuke calmly. The ninja remained silent."If you won't say we'll just have to make you say" shouted Naruto "ok we are going to do the same thing that we did to Zabuza except this time now Sakura is going to hide as a third shadow and hit him from the back" whispered Naruto to Sasuke and Sakura."Ah what a drag." "Wait that sounds like Shikamaru,wait what are you doing here" said naruto. "I was taking a stroll and envying the clouds what else" replied Shikamaru in his regular lazy voice. "Ok Shikamaru, based on your 'what a drag' I'm guessing you know the plan,so you are going to capture him with your shadow possession jutsu once we have done our attack and you can figure out the rest,got it" said naruto. So Naruto ran at the ninja and attacked him with all of his clones,then got one of his clones to throw "the shuriken" to Sasuke so Naruto could hide in Sasuke's shuriken's shadow. Sakura had already transformed into a shuriken during the commotion of the clones so that he would not notice so Susuke did the usual and acted like he was throwing only one and then when the shuriken got close to the ninja Sakura and Naruto split from each other and attacked from the back and the front. The ninja blocked Naruto's attack and knocked him to the floor but when he moved to do so Sakura was forced to feebly stab him in the left foot. How did you know to stop me." Naruto moaned. The ninja replied "I am Xabi the secret trainee of Zabuza. Surprised much?" Just then Shikamaru used his shadow possession jutsu and caught the ninja in it.
