While on a livestream with Nox, I had ten minutes to write this, so I think, in those ten minutes, I did pretty good. Hope you enjoy my zaniness.
Blake sighed in irritation, running a hand through her hair as she gazed around their room. She had placed it in a secure place –how much more secure can you get once it's on a pillow?—but apparently, it's already gone missing. If Yang took it, I swear I'll set her hair on fire. Blake prematurely threatened her partner, searching around her bed once more.
The door opened and in stepped a grinning Ruby, Yang right beside her. Turning on them, Blake folded her arms, amber eyes watching them as she waited for their laughter to quiet down. "Hey, Blake!" Yang called, beaming as she strode over. "What's up?"
"Oh, I don't know, Yang." Blake huffed. "Would you happen to know where my rubber mouse went?"
Yang's smile fell as she cocked her head in confusion. "How would I know?" she asked. "Why would you have a rubber mouse anyway? Don't you hate that cat stuff?"
"Maybe it's got sentimental value to me." Blake grumbled, going back to searching around her bed. "Hey, I didn't know." Yang murmured.
"We'll help you look, Blake." Ruby suggested. "It's got to be around here somewhere."
Fifteen minutes of tearing up the room and they were still empty-handed. "I just don't know what could have happened to it." Blake sighed, slumping down on her disheveled mattress.
"Hey, it'll turn up, Blake." Yang patted her shoulder encouragingly as Weiss stepped through the door. "Maybe Weiss knows where your toy went."
"I don't know anything about any toys except Zwei's." Weiss shrugged, walking over to Ruby. "Here's his rubber mouse, Ruby. I found it on Blake's bed and thought it best to clean it up. Now it's ready for the next time he wants to play with it."
Her teammates perked up as she held out a large dangling mouse. Blake rushed over and swiped the mouse, sweeping Weiss into a hug and nuzzling against the top of her head. "You're the best, Weiss." She chuckled, turning the mouse over. "It looks brand new."
"Well of course." Weiss murmured, staring at her friends in slight puzzlement. "I didn't want Zwei using some ratty old mouse."
"The mouse belongs to Blake." Yang laughed. "We've been looking for it."
"Oh." Weiss blinked before shaking her head as Blake gently set the mouse on her pillow. "Honestly, what am I going to do with all of you…?"
There ya go!
