You had to get out of the house. Sitting around with nothing to do, now that the nursery was basically finished, was slowly driving you mad.
So you went for a drive. No destination in mind. No goal set. You weren't looking for, or planning on accomplishing, anything specific.
You just happened to stumble across the small garage sale that was happening a couple miles down the road. And since the whole purpose of this trip was to waste time, you went browsing.
You didn't expect to find the little white angel for sale.
For only $0.25, it was perfect.
