I don't own anything The Office, although I do enjoy wishing I did…
Jim high-fived Pam as she came hurrying into the kitchen. "Mission complete?" He asked.
"Roger that, captain. Oh my gosh I can't wait to see his reaction!" Pam couldn't contain her laughter as she imagined their enemy's face when he found his desk perfect and pristine – in the bathroom.
"He's totally gonna flip," Jim agreed with a smile. Pam's job had been to make it seem like their had never been a desk beside Jim's, which meant a little bit of cleaning and re-arranging wires. While she had done this, Jim had set up Dwight's desk in the bathroom, which was tricky because he had to get the phone and computer hooked up. It was a lot of work, but completely worth it. First, because he got to spend more time with Pam, and second because Dwight's reactions were always priceless. The tricksters had gotten to work and hour and a half early to get the desk in the bathroom. It took a while because the desks were so heavy.
Pam always wondered why she got herself into these things. If she was being completely honest with herself, it was because she really liked spending time with Jim. But more often than not, she wasn't honest and just told herself it was to help out a friend.
They hurried back to their desks to await Dwight's arrival. Kevin had just entered the bathroom for his daily a.m. visit, which meant that Dwight would be coming soon. Right on schedule, the target arrived and exclaimed, "WHERE'S MY DESK?"
While Jim was playing a came of "hot n cold" with Dwight, Pam really tried to hold her face. The other office employees were so used to these hi-jinks that they ignored them for the most part. As soon as Dwight stepped foot into the kitchen Jim quickly dialed his number and waited. He was completely gleeful when he heard Dwight's normal response. After he hung up, he smiled at Pam and winked, and then got to work planning the next day's prank.
Well, that was really short. Once again, just a side project. I hope you enjoyed reading it though!
