Levy was walking back to her room after an exhausting job. She had to admit though it felt great to work with the shadow gear again after 7 years but she was kinda disappointed that Gajeel and Pantherlily didn't join them on the mission.
She opened her door and trudged into bed without even bothering to change. She gasped when she landed on top of something hard.
"Ahhh"Levy yelled jumping out of bed. She pulled back the covers and saw Pantherlily and Gajeel on her bed.
"Gajeel what're you doing here"Levy asked.
"The loud booms it's terrifying how are you not scared"Pantherlily asked.
"You mean the thunder are you guys scared"Levy asked trying to hold back her laughter.
"Stop laughing shrimp"Gajeel yelled but then another boom of thunder came and he clutched onto Pantherlily.
"Sure looks like you are"Levy said.
"Of course we aren't"Gajeel said.
"Then why are you in my bed"Levy asked.
"We walked into the wrong room and who says it's your bed I don't see your name on it"Gajeel said. Levy smiled and pointed to a spot on her bed where her name was carved. Gajeel frowned and crossed his arms.
"Well if you don't mind I would like to sleep now"Levy said.
"Go ahead just pretend we aren't here"Gajeel said.
"You take up most of the bed you big lug how am I just supposed to ignore you"Levy said hopping on the bed and trying to push him off.
"Stop it shrimp I-"Gajeel stopped yelling when he heard another loud boom of thunder. He quickly hugged Levy tightly and she blushed.
"Gajeel what're you doing"Levy asked trying to pull away. She was struggling to stay on the bed since her small twin bed wasn't made for two especially when one was a big dragon slayer.
"If Gajeel won't say it I will we're scared of thunder"Pantherlily yelled.
"I am not"Gajeel yelled.
"Then leave"Levy said. Gajeel frowned and didn't say anything but he continued to hold Levy.
"Um Gajeel we can't sleep like this"Levy said struggling to breath because of his tight grip.
"Please don't kick me and my cat out i'll buy you some books if you let us stay"Gajeel said hugging her tighter.
"You can stay but this bed isn't big enough for us to sleep like this"Levy said. Gajeel picked Levy up and laid her on top of him.
"Gajeel what're you doing"Levy asked blushing.
"Don't get any ideas this is just to help us sleep"Gajeel said turning his head away. Levy looked at him and realized his cheeks were slightly pink.
"Um Gajeel could you not hold me so tight I can barely breath"Levy said. Gajeel's grip loosened and Levy smiled. Another loud boom erupted and Gajeel clutched onto her and Pantherlily flew over to Levy trying to fly under her to hide.
"Come here Lily"Levy said smiling as she held her hand out. He flew into her arms and she held him in one arm while keeping the other on Gajeel's chest. Then her leg felt something hard and cold.
"Gajeel were you eating iron in my bed"Levy asked glaring at him.
"Maybe I was"Gajeel said turning his face away.
"There's crumbs everywhere"Levy said.
"I'm sorry Levy please don't kick us out I promise to clean up Gajeel's mess in the morning"Pantherlily said.
"Ok goodnight Pantherlily goodnight Gajeel"Levy said laying her head on Gajeel's chest.
"Goodnight Levy"Pantherlily said. Gajeel just grunted and Levy smiled as she closed her eyes.
