A/N: Yay! Happy Halloween! A drabble and a special double drabble = 300 words on the dot. Words of the Week- Sprain & Scary. Thanks for letting me play the Drabble Game!

"The Winchester's Un-Happy Halloween."

"Haunted house? On Halloween? Such a cliché."

"Careful there Dean, you might sprain your brain, using big words like that."

"I'll sprain your brain..." Dean paused, smirked, huffed in annoyance, then mumbled in Sam's direction, "Maybe I already did, that was pretty lame."

Sam let loose a surprised guffaw as he agreed. "Yep, it was and yep, you did."

"Shut up. Let's get rid of this Casper wannabe and then get me some candy. This could be the best Halloween ever. Candy and Casper."

"When've we ever had a "best" anything?"

"Could happen."

OOO

"S'mmy? Wors' Halloooween ever." Dean announced slurrily, as Sam carefully eased him into the Impala.

Sam patted his uninjured arm consolingly, before shutting the door.

By the time they reached their motel room, seemed like a flood was imminent; thunder, lightening and a torrential downpour... Sam heaved a frustrated sigh, how was he going to get his loopy, newly casted brother into the room, without getting drenched or ruining the barely dry plaster? He shuddered at the memory of seeing Dean lying at the bottom of the staircase, so still. Now, that was scary. He was gonna be fine, he reminded himself.

"Wuz wrong." Dean muttered.

Sam turned a questioning glance towards Dean.

"No candy, Casper broke me and 'm gonna get all wet...now it's the wors' Hall'ween ever." Dean rambled, woebegone and pitiful.

Sam couldn't help the snort, that his brother's sad pronouncement elicited... better to laugh than cry...right? Not the worst Halloween ever, but not a good one either. Anyway, when did Winchesters ever get to celebrate any holiday in a happy way? Sam, had a secret though... stash of candy... which guaranteed him a happy brother, which meant, maybe a semi-happy halloween too. Whad'ya know? Guess Winchesters could have happy once in awhile.
