Florian Fortescue had many secrets. His shop offered many rare and unique ice-cream flavors, and in order to keep the reputation he had built up, he couldn't let anyone know how he made them, or even what ingredients he used. Oh, he had the obvious ones like raspberry, chocolate, and lemon, which sustained an every-day trickle of customers, but ice-cream lovers would come from anywhere on earth to try his "Divine Retribution", "Heartache Fire", and "Wistful Wonder", to name a few. Even his employees were not allowed to know what went into his most secret recipes. He had gathered ingredients from every continent and formulated them with cream, sugar, and careful freezing and stirring charms. Many of his concoctions didn't appeal to the majority, or even to him, but he would always set a batch aside for those unusual clients who would gladly pay the higher cost just to try something new.
