Her First Day of School
It was the same thing every time we moved. Every time my dad was transferred to an other city or country. I had to go to some lame prep school, with all the spoiled brats, who I never had anything in common with. But this time it was completely different. It was better than I thought it was going to be.
''Delilah get your ass up, your going to be late!''
''I'm up I'm up!'' I rolled my eyes, sliding out of bed.
It was the first day of school, well for me it was. I was going to attend Horace Green Elementary, sounds so corny right?
Anyways I ended up wearing a ACDC v neck Tee, and dark blue skinny jeans with my black converse. I let my curly black hair stay down, and clipped my side bangs to the side so people could see my beautiful black eyes.
''Will you hurry up! I got to get to work!''
''Chill out Mom! I'm almost ready.'' I groaned
I took my black backpack decorated with Green day and Paramore pins, and ipod, and then went downstairs to see my stupid mother getting ready to head out the door.
''Now your ready, lets go!''
I followed her to our white GMC sierra truck, and let myself in. It took us about 5 minutes to get there since the school was so near. But when I tried to get out my mother pulled me back inside the car.
''I don't want to hear about you getting in trouble do you understand me?''
''Yeah whatever .''
I got out of the car, and slammed the door behind me.
I looked at the huge school in front of me, and lead out a huge sigh.
''Ugh.. here we go.''
I walked up the stairs to see somebody who looked like was waiting for me.
''Hi are you Delilah Hanson?''
''Mhm''
''I'm Ms. Mullins the Principal we have been expecting you, now please follow me I'm going to show you your teacher, well substitute your real teacher broke her leg, so she will be out for a couple weeks.
''Okay..''
Ms. Mullins led me to the classroom, and knocked on the door, and led me inside. As always everybody turned and stared.
''Class, we have a new student this is Delilah Hanson...''
