"I'm here, Lady Palutena! You wanted me to assist you with something, right?" Pit called as he entered the kitchen. He looked around and sure enough there was Lady Palutena standing by the counter chopping some sort of vegetable. "Oh yes! I need you to gather some things for me from the garden." Lady Palutena instructed. She handed Pit a list. Pit looked up worriedly "W-wait! Tell me there aren't any carrots on this list!" He said trembling slightly. "Don't be silly, Pit. I would never put carrots on any list of ingredients after that accident(Palutena's Revolting Dinner). Pit sighed with relief. "Phew. In that case, I'll be back soon, Lady Palutena!" He cheered running to the back of the palace.
"Let's see. . . I got the squash, peppers, olives, onions, and three different types of beans. . . now all I have left are the tomatoes! Easy!" Pit said excitedly. He ran to the tomato garden and started picking the biggest ones he saw. And that's when he heard it. He heard a Russel in the bushes but he didn't know which one. Pit looked around and when he turned. . . . he met face to face with another face.
"AHHHHH!" Pit screamed.
"AHHHHH!" the other face screamed.
But it turns out the other face had hands and they punched Pit in his face!
"OW! Oh, that's gonna leave a bruise!" Pit yelled in pain and holding his nose. "Oh my gods! I am sooo sorry! I do that out of instincts. Here, let me help you up." The face with hands said. When Pit opened his eyes he saw something amazing. The face with hands was really a girl angel. She had on a white toga and scarf with a lavender tint. She had the same color flats. She also had beautiful chocolate brown hair that went down to he shoulders that had a leaf crown resting on top and the most gorgeous bright, emerald green eyes Pit had ever seen. Last but not least, there sprouting out her back were two, big lavender tinted wings. She was the most stunning angel Pit had ever seen.
"Skyworld to guy. Knock Knock open up! You alright there, buddy?"the girl asked. Pit snapped out of his trance. "Huh? Oh yeah I'm fine. Who are you?" Pit asked. "Me? Oh where are my manners today? My name's Camila. But if you can't pronounce it, just call me Cam." The newly introduced Camila said. She raised her hand for him to shake it. Pit smiled. "I'm Pit. It's a pleasure!" Pit said. They shook hands. "Well sorry for the trouble. I'll be seeing you around." Camila said. "No! Wait a second!" Pit called but she was already flying away. Pit sighed as he watched her go. She can fly! I have to tell Lady Palutena about this! Pit thought. With that he gathered his basket of vegetables and his list and darted off with a smile plastered on his face.
I didn't say "Most beautiful girl he had ever seen" because it would have offended Lady Palutena. Anywho, this was my first Kid Icarus story and I hope you enjoyed it! If that is true please be so kind as to leave a review. The next chapter will be up soon! Bye you guys!;D
