So that Bill could meditate alone on his evil deeds. But Buddy, leaving him alone, He has not come to terms with the mental will of his brother. In fact, Bill was able to slowly summon his new power: the monopoly of Memory. This new power could not help Bill to free from his prison, but just could, however, help him accomplish his revenge: Destroy forever Pines family.
