A little bit of a what if? with Roy as something else

It had been a long day and just after finishing a hellish mission that Colonel bastard demanded i dropped the report in. It couldn't have waited a day , no that would have been to easy i couldn't have a bit of a rest i had to drop it in today so here i was outside his office normally i would have just barged strait in but today there was a weird presence around it.
Shaking it off i marched in shouting "Oi colonel i got that report for i all but broke my back getting it over here so you better be grateful" but was greeted by the sight if him asleep with his head on his desk. For a moment i thought about leaving for a moment i thought about handing the report to Hawkeye and going home but who was i kidding im not that nice. With an evil smirk i lined up the shot and through the report right at his head hitting it bang on target "score one point to Fullmetal deal with it Roy".
I stood there laughing bit snapped out of it when i realized ... I hadn't been yelled at yet, there hadn't been that distinctive click of fingers as he prepared to roast my ass. i looked back over to see that he hadn't moved an inch "Roy?" as i stepped a little bit closer he let out a low groan, thank god hes alive i didn't think i could deal with another dead friend even if he wasn't really one. I walked up behind him to see what was wrong "come on wake up bastard!" but as i went to put my hand on his shoulder he moved so fast i couldn't even see him.
Suddenly i feel hands grab my wrists to stop me from moving and teeth quickly sink into my neck "What the fu..." Thinking fast as i felt blood being drawn from me i wrenched my automail hand out of his and used it to pry my other wrist from his grasp. Moving away quickly i spun round to look at him flesh hand trying to staunch the bleeding from my neck.
He looked up with a glowing red predatory look in his normally raven eyes "Roy wha... whats going on" At the sound of my voice the glow faded a little and he spoke for the first time since i had entered "Ed i... " he croaked out with a shocked look. "Roy you better answer me for gods sake you just tried to eat me!" he looked even more stunned he fell against the wall and slid down it sitting on the floor "Ed i i im a vampire" .
"Bastard i think i figured that out when you sunk your fangs into my neck what i want to know is how the hell it happened" i removed my hand from my neck the bleeding had stopped thank god i went over and locked the door not wanting anyone to barge in and see the colonel covered in blood ad me with a hole in my neck. i walked over and sat on the floor opposite to him."So begin"
