Harry Potter glares at me, down the length of his wand. I know that if I make a single move towards my own wand on the table, he'll hit me with a curse - Body Bind, probably, or some new curse that his friend Granger made. Keeping those green eyes on mine, he calls out to two men that had once been my very best friends.
"Sirius! Remus! I found something you might want to see." My god! His voice! It's Lily's and James's at the same time. James's face is twisted in an angry snarl. Lily's eyes snap fire and rage at me. They hate me.they hate me.that's what they're saying right now. James's mouth moves.
"Why? Why did you betray us?"
"Pettigrew, you stupid bastard." Lily's eyes say. "How dare you!"
"You were my friend!" James says.
"We trusted you!" Lily cries.
"We were Marauders! Marauders don't do things like that!" James is raging now. Sirius is right behind him.older, when did Sirius get to look so much older then James?
"I hate you." Lily says again.
"I hope you've got some horrible memories in that rat head of yours for the Dementors to play with!" James's mouth isn't moving, but I can hear his voice.
"Azkaban is too good for him!" Lily threatens. Remus is behind her. He hates me too; I can see it in his eyes. Why is he so old?
"Well, well, Harry, look at the rat." Remus says. Harry's not there. Lily and James are there.why is he talking to Harry? Lily and James have their wands out.
"Why is he staring at me like that?" they ask together of Sirius and Remus. Prongs and Moony and Padfoot and Lily. So pretty like that. It looks like a picture of heros. Why are Remus and Sirius so old? I didn't mean to! The Dark Lord was so frightening.worse than the Boggart from third year. Why did you have to make me Secret Keeper? It's not my fault! I can't be trusted, not with something like that! James, I'm sorry! Lily, please! James looks angry.why is he so angry with me? Is it about the cloak? I washed the orange juice off, didn't I?
