It was a beautiful day in Jump City, Violet Parr was walking up to the Titans Tower with a bottle as she knocked on the door. Starfire answers the door, and grins.

Violet said, "Well, Star, I made it- despite your directions."

"Ah. Violet, Welcome. I hope you're ready for an unforgettable luncheon." Starfire smiled as she headed to the kitchen.

"Yeah..." Violet said, taking her seat on the couch.

Suddenly, Starfire gasps in horror as smoke was coming out of the oven, and the Pig Roast was ruined.

"Oh, glorphburger! My roast is ruined." Starfire groaned, suddenly, she gets a devilish thought as she looks at the Bumpin' Burger coupon that Beast boy currently had. "But what if I were to purchase fast food and disguised it as my own cooking? Delightfully devilish, Starfire!"

Starfire was ready to sneak out the window, when suddenly, Violet walked into the Kitchen, Starfire looked shocked as she stopped in her tracks.

Violet glared at her in fury.

Starfire with her crazy explanations

Violet Parr's gonna need her dad's medication

When she hears Starfire's lame exaggerations

There'll be trouble in town tonight!

"Starfire!" Violet shouted at the top of her lungs.

"Violet!" Starfire stuttered, nervously. "I was- Uh, I was just- uh, just stretching my calves on the kitchen sink. Isometric exercise. Care to join me?"

Looking at the smoking oven, Violet asks, "Why is there smoke coming out of your oven, Starfire?"

"Uh- Oh. That is not smoke. It is steam. Steam from these steamed clams we're having. Mmm. Steamed clams." Starfire yelped, nervously. Violet shrugged nervously as she headed back inside the Living Room. Starfire sighed in relief as she snuck out of the house.

Later, Starfire was putting the burgers on the platter for Violet and Starfire to share, with a side of fries.

"I hope you're ready for mouthwatering hamburgers." Starfire smiled.

"I thought we were having steamed clams." Violet asks, confused.

"No. I said steamed hams. That's what Terra calls hamburgers." Starfire yelped.

"She calls hamburgers steamed hams?" Violet asks, confused.

"Yes. It's a regional dialect." .

"Uh-huh. Uh, what region?"

"Uh, upstate New Jersey. Really."

"Well, I'm from Metroville, and I've never heard anyone use the phrase "steamed hams.""

"Oh, not in Metroville. No. It's an Gotham expression."

Violet takes a bite, then said, "I see. You know, these hamburgers are quite similar to the ones they have at Bumpin' Burger."

"Oh, no. Patented Titan burgers. Old team recipe." Starfire swallowed her burger.

"For steamed hams."

"Yes."

"Yes. And you call them steamed hams despite the fact that they are obviously grilled?"

Suddenly, Starfire smelled fire as she stuttered, "Ye- You know, the- One thing I should-"

Realizing what's going on, Starfire said, "Excuse me for one second."

She goes into the kitchen and notices it being on fire, she heads back into the living room.

"Well, that was wonderful. A good time was had by all. I'm pooped." Starfire said, stretching out.

"Yes. I should be-" Violet said, before noticing the glow in the closed kitchen. Alarmed, she shouts, "Oh, my god! What is happening in there?"

"Uh, Aurora borealis." Starfire lied.

Skeptical, Violet said, "An Aurora borealis at this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country, localized entirely within your kitchen?"

"Yes!" Starfire said.

"May I see it?"

"No."

"The Tower's is on fire!" Beast Boy shouted from upstairs.

"No, Beast Boy. It's just the northern lights." Starfire yelled, nervously.

After a while, Violet left the house.

"Well, Starfire, you are an odd duck, but I gotta say, you steam a good ham." Violet said, leaving.

Starfire sighed in relief. That went well.

"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP! HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!" Beast Boy shouted as Starfire's eyes widen in horror.

Well, almost everything went well, now to Dial 911
