Disclaimer: I don't own Doctor Who, although I totally wish I did. Unfortunately unless I marry an incredibly wealthy man that won't be happening. ;)

A/N: I just thought of this randomly. It might have to do with the large amounts of caffeine I had earlier in the day... Anyway I hope you like it! :)

Maybe it was the rain, or the way that the shower wouldn't turn on, but for whatever reason she knew it was going to be a bad day. The only thing that made her get up at all was the thought that she could have a nice hot mocha with breakfast. However, when she reached the kitchen, she was horrified to find that there was none of the mocha mix left.

"Aww shit," she mumbled as she closed the cabinet. How was she supposed survive a day of running away from various aliens and species if she didn't have her mocha?

"Language, Rose, language," the Doctor said as he sauntered in, looking impeccable as always for someone who had been up all night. It just wasn't fair she thought. He didn't even have to put on any makeup, just that suit and overcoat. Why did he always have to look so handsome?

She rolled her eyes at him and sat down at the table, still disappointed and sad. That mocha had been the one thing she was looking forward too. The Doctor was in the process of making some kind of cereal she'd never heard of before. It must be from some planet he'd gone to before he met her. Maybe with Sarah Jane, she thought bitterly.

"So how did you sleep?" he asked when he had finished making his cereal. He was entirely unaware of anything being amiss.

"Okay I guess," she wasn't looking at him though.

The Doctor finally seemed to realize that something was wrong and he looked concerned.

"You aren't sick are you?" he said, feeling her forehead as he asked.

"No," she said. He seemed satisfied with her answer and stopped looking quite as worried.

"Then what's wrong?" he asked, confused.

"We're out of my mocha mix!" she was almost yelling. The Doctor looked very surprised. He wasn't used to her yelling at him, especially not about some kind of human coffee.

"Then why didn't you just say so? We could've gone and gotten some before breakfast."

Rose looked even more upset. Considering they'd already started breakfast it was kind of hopeless, wasn't it? Today was turning out even worse then she'd thought.

"Well come on then," he said, pulling her out of her chair, "Let's go get you some more mocha mix."

She looked quite stunned but pleased. She then remembered something.

"Won't your cereal get soggy?"

"I don't even know where I got it, and I doubt it's any good," the Doctor said nonchalantly. Rose couldn't help laughing. Maybe this day wouldn't be so bad after all.

He then offered her his arm and they walked out of the TARDIS.

"Doctor?" she asked him, and stopped walking.

"Yes Rose?" he said, looking down at her.

She stood on her tiptoes and kissed him on the cheek. They walked towards the nearest coffee shop, both of them smiling. Yes, this day was definitely not so bad.

I hope you liked it! I know it was fluffy and somewhat pointless, but oh well. :)
