Disclaimer: I don't own the Total Drama Series. Please don't sue me I'm making no money for this story, and I'm making this purely for entertainment purposes

A/N-This is one of a few Total Drama one-shots I'm doing. This one is involving Gaz Membrane attorney at law getting the Total Drama Network out of hot water.

SPOILERS to come but I'm being choosy on the endings of each season as I think at least a couple of them were decided by a vote from the fans.

Total Drama Trial

Gaz stepped out of the Court house a cold scowl on her face.

"Miss Membrane," Blaineley started running up to the lawyer. "How does it feel to have-" the Lawyer's glare silenced her.

"It was a very simple case open and closed like that," she snapped her fingers. "I just let it draw on for the extra publicity. The point is, Ezekiel was voted out in the first episode of World Tour for the rest of the series he was a stowaway, neither Chris nor the network were responsible for Ezekiel after that. In fact we could have issued a countersuit for him being a stowaway, trespassing, and endangering the other contestants. 'Agreeing' to help with later challenges was inconsequential. The plaintiffs heart wrenching testimonials couldn't change the facts."

"You're honor I will not waste your time," Gaz said coldly. "I have one piece of evidence to prove that the plaintiff is not entitled to the million dollars as my client already gave her a million dollars."

"THAT BULL CRAP," Heather screamed shooting up from her chair.

"Your honor," Gaz said unaffected by Heather's outburst. "If it pleases the court, Exhibit A." The bailiff rolled in a TV and pushed play it was a scene from World Tour of Chris handing Heather the suitcase of money and the video paused as soon as it left Chris' hand. Heather paled. "At this point the money was no longer in my client's possession, and was the plaintiff's responsibility."

"I'm afraid do to this damning piece of evidence I have no choice but to find in favor of the defendants," the judge said slamming down his gavel, much to Heather's dismay.

"And so members of the court, the rules in our contract clearly state that 'the eliminated contestant will be the contestant who receives the most votes of the corresponding night' Harold cheated so I would be eliminated, and Chris broke my contract by allowing him to do so, thereby stealing my million dollars," Courtney finished her speech.

"Your honor," Gaz began stepping in front of Courtney forcing her to step back, "as the plaintiff just stated, 'the eliminated contestant will be the contestant who receives the most votes of the corresponding night' neither the contract nor Chris McLean stated the number of times any one contestant could vote or that every contestants vote needed to be counted. The night she was eliminated the votes counted were Harold's four, and one from Geoff and DJ each there was no violation of the actual contract, only the spirit of the game, and there are no laws against that." Courtney scowled at the back of Gaz's head, one glare back from Gaz sent a cold shiver down Courtney's spine forcing her to retreat taking her seat next to her lawyers.

"I'm going to sew you for dumping the waste on the island," Gaz said simply handing Chris a stack of papers.

"What!" Chris said upset.

"There's no way you can win the case, besides Mr. Milton pays better."

"But you can't do that!" Chris shouted, Gaz glared at him. "On the other hand you can do whatever you like," Chris said shaking slightly.

A/N-Well that's it Gaz using simple logic to sweep away many of the court cases of Total Drama.
