Hermione's POV

"Goodbye Ron," I told him.
"'Bye Hermione" he replied.
As I walked to the dining hall I spotted Cho Chang, Harry's crush.
"Harry is SO adorable! I don't know why I went to the Yultide Ball with that other jerk!He blew me off afterwards!" I heard Cho exclaim.
"Cho, do you know what you are saying? Harry will not want to go out with you. Trust me I know, he's not your type!" Cho's friend yelled.
"I don't care! I'm going to talk to him! right now!" Cho blurted out, full of anger and excitement.
Uh-oh, thought Hermione, better get to Harry before she does! and I raced off to get to Harry.

Harry Potter's POV

Walking along the halls to go to lunch I saw Hermione rush towards me.
"What is it Hermione? Whats wrong?" I asked her.
"Cho Chang is going to ask you out!" She exclaimed.My jaw dropped so low it made his mouth a complete O.
"AHHHHHHH!Hermione this is great!" I exclaimed.
Yeah, if this goes good, i'm in deep doo-doo, she thought.
I skipped to lunch, totally leaving Ron behind in the common room. I sat down to eat lunch and I started chowing down like I hadn't eaten in weeks from all the excitement. About 5 minutes later I felt a tap on my back.
"Ah!" I jumped.
"It's okay Harry it's only me, Ron," he said
"Oh Ron. you scared me! I thought you were Cho Chang!"
"Why would I be her?" he asked me.
"Well, Hermione said that she was going to ask me out!" I said in excitement.
Oh, Ron thought, but replied "Great Harry!"
