Sorry I'm not a very good writer...

It was dark when she appeared on the street; it felt as though someone had stabbed her in the stomach. Well, not really, she knew what that felt like (spoilers). What was she going to do now? It was going to start soon..

Then she saw it, a big blue box, like the one she had seen so many times before. She couldn't believe it, it seemed her luck was turning around at last.

Completely forgetting about her stomach, she ran up to it at full speed, hardly able to grasp the key hanging around her neck. She put the key in the lock, opened the door, and stepped inside.

He wasn't here, The Doctor. She walked up the stairs to the controls, brushing her hand over them as she walked around. She peered around, looking to see if he was near, but there was no sign of him. Where was he? Off on an adventure she assumed. She reminisced, all those adventures they had had, so long ago. She closed her eyes and pretending she was still there.

"Hello?" A voice came from behind her.

Startled she quickly turned around, her back against the controls. It was him, The Doctor, her doctor. "Hello." She said.

"I don't mean to be rude, but, who are you? How did you get in here?" He didn't seem to know who she was. Her stomach dropped. He hadn't met her yet.

"You don't.. Um.. I.. A door was open, I just walked in. I'm sorry if I bothered you." A shock of pain hit her stomach, but she ignored it. She started to walk towards the stairs to leave. He stopped her.

"A door was open? I never leave my doors open.." He said suspiciously. She was halfway down the stairs, she had to get out of there.

"And another thing, aren't you surprised by this?" He waved his hands around. "It's bigger on the inside. Normally, that would surprise the hell out of anyone. Who are you?"

"I.." She was almost out the door, he didn't seem to be noticing her backing out of the room, too busy rambling. "I really should be going.." She opened one of the doors.

"Hey! Where are you going?" He hopped down the stairs, she was out the door. She broke into a run; she had to get away from him. She couldn't handle this right now. She tried to reach for her wrist, but she couldn't, and he was gaining on her. Another shock of pain hit her stomach and she dropped onto her knees, the pain unbearable.

He ran up to her and bent down. "Are you okay?!" He put a hand on her shoulder. She clutched her stomach. This was bad, really bad.

It was about the start, she felt the pain started dulling. She closed her eyes, tears falling down her cheek. "I don't want to..." She sniffed.

"You don't want to what? What's wrong? I'll help you. Come back into my…" He stopped short. She opened her eyes and looked down at her hands, they were now glowing orange. She stood up, all the pain was gone, she felt numb. She looked up at The Doctor.

"Who. Are. You." A look of total shock was on his face. "Tell me. Now."

She slowly backed away from him. "I'm sorry." She sniffed. She poked at her watch. No, not her watch, she was wearing a vortex manipulator.

"No! Wait! Please!" He reached for her, but it was too late. She was gone.
