A Scorpius/Lily Fic
Lily strode through the hall. Something was tearing at her, enormously. Why did she suddenly feel weird? Maybe it was because Scorpius had just walked by her…..And smiled? Had he been smiling at someone else? No. He looked her in the eyes. Was something wrong with him? Did he plan to hurt her? They'd never really interacted. Lily wasn't sure, but she wasn't going to ask. She just kept going.
"Lily?" She turned. He knew her name? He ran up to her. "I've got something I wanna ask you. Will you go to the ball with me?" Lily's eyes widened.
"You…wanna got to the ball….With me?" He nodded. She was flabbergasted. "oh…ok" She replied. Scorpius smiled. Inside, however, he wanted to scream, yell and do a stupid dance. He turned and whispered "Yes!"
