Harry looked into the night. He was afraid someone had died during the attack. "Please let the mark not show up." He whispered, slightly nervous.
Looking deeply
In the dark
Looking for
A twisted markHarry watched the skies, looking for some sign of an aerial attack. Death Eaters could come swooping down at any moment.
The boy who lived
Watched the skies
Wary against
Any surprises
Hermione stood next to him. She tried to find a bright side to show him. Hopefully the war was almost over.
The know it all
Stood by him
Trying to brighten
The world so dim
Ron was on Harry's other side. Though he had left when he couldn't stand the pressure, he had come back. He was showing that their friendship would survive anything.
A freckled face
On his other side
Shows friendship will prevail
When the forces collide.
Together the three stood there, watching the night. All three glad that none of the light, had died in the fight.
Looking deeply
In the dark
Looking for
A twisted mark
The boy who lived
Watched the skies
Wary against
Any surprises
The know it all
Stood by him
Trying to brighten
The world so dim
A freckled face
On his other side
Shows friendship will prevailWhen the forces collide.
