Tea
Ginny and Luna sat on the grass next to the black lake. Ginny leaned against a tree and Luna was sprawled on the grass investigating the insects crawling on the ground. "How is Ravenclaw tower?" Ginny asked. "Better, some of them still call me Loony Lovegood, but those that stayed at the battle have started sticking up for me." "Good I'm glad someone in that tower finally is." Ginny replied annoyed. "It does not matter, those that I care about, care about me. I'm not everyone's cup of tea." Luna replied in her airy honest manner.
Ginny smiled at her friend and thought "You know if you were a cup of tea I think you would be a cup of Chamomile. Delicate, helpful, honest and uncomplicated. You never try to be someone you are not and like chamomile helps put its drinkers at peace and helps them sleep, you always want to help your friends. Luna you are a cup of chamomile tea with a splash of Gurdyroot, because it is unexpected and unique just like you." "Ohh, I like the added gurdyroot." Luna smiled back at her friend "And you Ginny would be ginger tea." "Haha like I have never been called a ginger before" Ginny rolled her eyes. "No you are fiery and bold, you demand attention by just walking into a room, people cannot help but notice you. It does not take much ginger in a tea for the drinker to know it is there and as they drink they get a fiery burn. You leave a lasting impression on people. It is a good thing". Ginny laughed a little "Thank you, that is the nicest way ginger has ever been described to me."
They sat in silence a while when Luna spoke up again quietly, "I think Harry is black tea, it is a very normal, common tea, but everybody uses it and adds things to it to make it what they want. Voldemort, Dumbledore, Sirius, that Dursley family he lived with over the summer, they all used him - added ingredients to make him what they wanted him to be. I hope he can make his own blend, maybe add some ginger to it." Luna looked up at Ginny as she said it. Ginny blushed the slightest bit and smiled, "If he is lucky".
