Plutarch's earliest memory is shaking a hand.
The Capitol doesn't promote family closeness, and the only game Plutarch ever plays with with his Father is Gamemaker Interview. Lucius Heavensbee, founder of the Panem Bank, rarely has time for his son. But when he does, he only plays at Gamemaker Interview, pretending to be an interviewer asking questions to the Gamemaker, his son.
When Plutarch turns 8, they never play it again.
