Hello Amigo's, it has been quite awhile since I last posted and I have a great reasoning behind this...School kicked my ass from left to right these last few months, I found out that I failed about 3 of my finals exams, and my goldfish died. In all expectancy, I did expect that latter, goldfish tend not to live long. No matter how well taken care of they are. Still, feel free to shed a tear or so for me...Alright moment over, this story came to me while I was at my sister's house, babysitting. Apparently, she and her husband won't let their kids play any ultraviolent games like GTA, so they let them play a more kid oriented GTA type game, Bully. I was originally going to write a crossover between this and an anime, but that didn't sound right so I went with this. More fun for me! WOO!

...I had a 5-hour energy drink before this...

Summary-Growing up in Liberty City, Malachi Thompson is used to surviving in a hostile environment, so he's ready with going to Bullworth Academy. The problem is if Bullworth is ready for him?

Disclaimer: I do not own Bully, but I do own my OC and this storyline, so suck that lawyers!

Chapter 1:

If Malachi Thompson could describe his life up until now, he'd say it was...intriquing. At least to the outside observer, to him, it'd just be his life.

An example of it be intriquing is that 6 months ago, he lived in South Bohan of Liberty City. With a somewhat loveable mother, Tisha Thompson, and a somewhat dependable father, Asen Ivanov. Though, he did only occasionally see the latter as he tended to be in and out of jail for all sorts of reasoning that neither parent obviously felt the need to inform him about.

Not that he didn't hear about it from the rest of the neighborhood anyway.

While his father was in and out of his life constantly, his mom was always around. Though, he does admit that it wasn't always a good thing. Especially with his mom's profession.

His mom was a whore. That might be a crass way of saying it but it's also ultimately true. His mom was a stripper/hooker with a slight drug problem. Okay, a major drug problem. But, strangely they never struggled for money despite his mom spending what she makes mostly to feed her drug habit.

Malachi guesses that mostly has something to do with his father as whenever he did see him, he always gave plenty enough money to him to feed them, take care of the bills, and pay rent.

That's right, Malachi as far back since he was about 7 or 8, has had to virtually take care of himself.

He even signed himself up for a Muay Thai class over in Dukes about four years ago when some of his mom's 'clients' got a bit rough and Malachi was powerless to stop them. He did tell his father the next time he saw him, however, but he never saw those guys again. Or heard from them either, they seemingly disappeared.

Weird...Especially considering they were part of his mother's regular crew...

Anyway, growing up with a promiscuous mother and absentee father wasn't exactly outside the norm in South Bohan. It was actually quite common.

What wasn't exactly common was that his mother was of African/Samoan descent while his father was Bulgarian with Persian blood running through him, making Malachi's ancestory interesting to anybody.

He grew up with his mother's light skin, her Samoan hair, and her African temper. He also grew up with his father's often ice cold blue eyes, his usual calm demeanor, and his unnerving stare, that he's been told on many accounts feels as if he's staring through their soul. He also might gain his father's height as well since even at his young age, he was taller than his 5'2 mother and his father was almost freakishly tall. Which really helped as he also gained something else from his father...

His love of basketball.

Growing up, with a lot would agree to call a broken home, Malachi, like many, needed an outlet. That's where basketball came in.

Since he could walk, he'd usually have a basketball in his hands, and it was a relief to many that he's incredibly talented with it as well. Whenever he and his friends would play, they'd usually fight over which team he's on and whenever they'd leave, he'd stay a few more hours practicing the shots he missed during the game.

In elementary, they had a Junior league that he ended up having his team win by averaging 15ppg, 4reb, 4ast, and 1.2 stls. He also won MVP.

So that's Malachi's life in a nutshell, and why most would call it intriquing while he would just call it life.

You might have noticed that both of his parents were discussed in past tenses. There's a reason for that, ya see, about 8 months ago, Malachi stayed late after a Muay Thai lesson. He'd barely been able to catch the last train home.

On his way home, he couldn't escape the feeling that something was wrong, he didn't know what till he opened the door and the lights were off.

His entire life crashed once he turned them on as he stared horridly at the mangled and broken bodies of who he called parents. Sat in chairs, their bodies were cut up, blood leaking everywhere, and his mom's clothes were gone.

Though, it was only for a few seconds before he felt a sharp hit to the back of his head.

When he woke up, he was in the hospital with all kinds of doctors and police trying to get a statement from him, but he gave away nothing. In fact, he said nothing to anybody for about two weeks despite constant questioning.

All he did was stare outside the window of the pysche ward that they transferred him into after the first week of complete silence.

He ended up staying in the ward for two entire months without saying a word to anyone, even his aunt, Diana, who came all the way into town to check on him. Which was rare in of itself. She brought her husband, Gregory, along as well. Neither of them could get so much as a word out of him.

Though, they did apparently come for another reason as well.

Since Malachi had no other legal guardians in the city, his mom's parents had died long ago and his fathers were living back in Bulgaria, his dad's sister felt that he should be raised around family. Her husband had no choice in the matter. Not that he'd raise a fuss about it anyways, he did care for his nephew.

But, even with him moving across the world, it took an equivalent of 4 and half months to get Damian speaking on a regular basis but if someone were to even hint to that night, he'd clam up for days so both his aunt and uncle learned to just drop it in favor of finally having him out of his trance.

So, that pretty much sums up Malachi's life, though it probably should be said that his aunt and uncle are loaded. His uncle is apparently a Lawyer, while his Aunt is a surgeon. Both highly successful at their jobs.

Despite everything he's been through in his life, that probably took the most to adjust to. While his dad usually gave him plenty of money, there's a difference in plenty of money and not knowing what to do with money. Huge difference.

Oh, there is one more thing, since where they live has no public school, Anna and Gregory thought it fitting to enroll Malachi into the only school near them...

Bullworth Academy

August 2006-

15 year old, Malachi Thompson resisted rolling his eyes as his Aunt Diana asked him, once more if he had a number 2 pencil.

Malachi is a handsome young man, with curly black hair tied up into a high bun with two bang strands hanging on either side of his face, and azure blue eyes. He also has light skin and is slim with an undertone of muscles. Though he still has a little bit of baby fat, his face is shown starting to slim down as his chin's beginning to look more angular.

He's wearing a leather jacket with a grey hoodie, maroon shirt, dark blue jeans, and black boots. An ensemble that his Aunt bought him as soon as he moved in. A welcoming gift she'd said.

They are in the car with Diana's husband behind the wheel, driving to Bullworth where, until Christmas, he'll be staying year round.

"Yes, Aunt Diana, I have a number 2 pencil and my toothbrush, and plenty of clean underwear, and your number if I need anything. And the hospital if I have an emergency." Malachi exasperated, drawing a cheeky grin from Gregory who looked at his wife's anxious face.

"Honey, I think he's going to be okay." Gregory said, ignoring her glare, "This isn't his first day at school, ya know?" he finished.

"It may not be his first day at a school, but it is his first day at a year 'round school. In a new state, with new people, new challenges, new beginngings, new everything." Diana said.

"Well, it is his only choice as the only public school closest to us is two states over and I doubt you'd want him to go there. Last I heard they arrested a few dealers on campus." Gregory said.

"Wouldn't exactly be too different than back home," Malachi said, not noticing or not caring that both his aunt and uncle tensed at the mentioning of his previous home. Usually, whenever it's mentioned, it's one of them who mention it and Malachi seems to clam up for a few days, barely speaking. They knew it was still a delicate situation to him.

"Be that as it may..." Diana began hesitantly, not wanting her nephew to clam up around them anymore, "This is Freshman year and I don't want him to have to travel two entire states just to go to school." she said with finality.

"Then you're going to also have to accept that he's capable of having everything he needs to do this," Gregory said.

Diana didn't reply but by her expression, Malachi could tell it was going to take a bit of time for her to accept it. Good thing he'd be away while she does so.

10 minutes of silent car travel had the family of three pulling up to articulate-like gates and Bullworth Academy sign nearby.

"Okay, this is as far we can take you." Gregory said before removing a card from his wallet and handing it to Malachi, "This has a $5,000 limit on it that should take care of any expenses that haven't already been paid for. I'll put a bit more money in it every month to make sure you stay stocked. Don't go crazy with it." Gregory said as Malachi got out of the car, revealing his height to be about 5'10.

As soon as he got out, his aunt hugged him to her body tightly, making him uncomfortable, not used to many signs of affection. Also, his aunt was about the same height as him, give or take, making it even more uncomfortable for him.

"I'm gonna miss you." she murmured into his ear.

"I'll miss you too, Auntie," he said awkwardly as she kissed his forehead before allowing him to go to the trunk where he grabbed his duffle bags and backpack.

"Call us once you settle in." Diana cried out once he'd had all his stuff as she and Gregory drove away.

Malachi shook his head before jumping slightly when he heard a voice speak right behind him...

"You must be Thompson," a woman's voice said, as he turned to see her standing behind him with an obviously fake smile.

The woman is obviously middle-aged; average looking with dark brown hair in a 1950's hairstyle and secretarial business suit. She also has a pearl necklace and black shoes to finish the look off.

"Where'd you come from?" Damian asked.

"We've been expecting you, I'm Miss Danvers, and welcome to Bullworth Academy," she said, ignoring Malachi's question, and speaking in an overly sweet and dramatically fake tone. "I'm sure you'll be very happy here...very happy indeed," she said while ignoring Malachi raised an eyebrow.

"Anyway, I can't spend the rest of my life talking to naughty boys, I've got a man to make happy," she said, making Malachi look at her weirdly as her tone kind of weirded him out but he couldn't say why.

"Dr. Crabblesnitch is expecting you, Thompson," she stated, either not noticing or not caring as Malachi had etched away from slightly as she turned around, expecting him to follow.

"What about my bags?" he asked, not too keen on the idea of tugging them around till he got to his room.

"Mr. MacTavish and Mr. Branting will carry your bags to your room," she said just as two older students came up, both dressed the same. Though, MacTavish looked to take his job a bit too seriously as he when he stopped, he instantly saluted Miss Danvers while Branting just looked like a tight ass.

"Now, come along." Miss Danvers said once more as the older students moved to Malachi's bags but he glared heavily at MacTavish when he reached to take his main bag.

"I'll keep hold of this one." was all Malachi said before he walked passed them to catch up to Miss Danvers who hadn't slowed once.

As they walked across campus to the main building, Malachi noticed a lot of curious glances his way. A few shy glances from the less secure students, and a glare from the more assertive students. He idly noticed that though they all had a big 'B' on their uniforms, a lot of students were dressed pretty differently.

First, there were the students who wore a more green oriented color uniform. Mostly their tops were green or green dresses for the women. Now, Malachi made a rule not too judge people but even he had to notice that they were mostly nerds. They were actually the typical steryotype nerds at that. Not that he had a problem with it per se.

Then, there was the group that mostly wore light blue was more well dressed than anyone else. They even stood in a sort of haughty and arrogant way that just rubbed Malachi the wrong way. Though there was the one upside, and that was the black haired beauty that looked his way. Malachi would not mind getting to know her at a later date, depending on if she wasn't the spoiled brat kind she kind of project.

Then, there was the group that honestly, Malachi wondered how they got to wear what they were as he saw a few people looking as if they stepped out the 1950s' with Miss Danvers. They had leather jackets, slicked back, greasy hair. Sure, Malachi was wearing a leather jacket but his was a more modern style than theres were.

Finally, and it didn't honestly take Malachi much to figure this group out as they seemed to be the same at his old school. He saw guys in letterman jackets and baseball hats and girls dressed in cheerleading uniforms or hanging off the arm of the muscle heads. It was easy to single these out the jocks of the school. Malachi could technically be classified as a jock due to his love of basketball but considering that was the only sport he was actually even interested in, he doesn't consider himself one.

Though, he did note one of the cheerleaders eyeing him. She was actually the only one in her uniform and has the body fit for one. She has long brown hair, slim but with a feminine figure that highlighted her perfect legs. Malachi noticed her looking at him curiously before looking away.

While interested, he couldn't be bothered with it at the moment as he finally made it to the big building.

Knock Knock Knock

"Come in"

Malachi followed Miss Danvers in after she'd gotten the okay and when he saw the Dean, he actually had to withhold a sigh at how it seemed that coming out of the 1950s' seemed to be the common around here as the suit the man was wearing looked about as outdated he'd ever seen.

And he knew NOTHING about fashion as it was!

"Ah, you must be the Thompson boy." the stern man in his late 50's said. He has brown hair that's in the process of going gray, a 5 o'clock shadow, and a cleft chin. As previously stated, his suit looked as if it had seen better days...in the 50's.

"Yes, sir," Malachi said respectively, one of the things his father had seen fit to teach him.

"Hmm, manners, an unusual occurrence with someone from your background," Crabblesnitch said, as Malachi's head twitched.

He took a deep breath before replying in what he hoped was still a polite tone but knew came off a bit brusquely, "With all due respect sir, I'd rather you judge me on my present and future instead of basing opinions off of me from anything I may or may not have done in the past." he said.

Crabblesnitch looked at Malachi for a few seconds before going over to his desk and picking up a folder before looking through it for a few seconds and then throwing it back on his desk.

"I'm gonna give you a chance, Thompson. Despite what your record says, and it does say a lot. You're right, I won't make judgments based on your past. You will virtually have a clean slate here but I will warn you... I want you to keep your nose clean or we'll clean it ourselves, Miss Danvers will show you to your dorm so you can get into the proper Bullworth uniform, off with you." Crabblesnitch said as Miss Danvers suddenly appeared with a tray of tea.

Malachi didn't miss the look that passed between them but he decided not to pay it any mind as he picked up his bag and walked out the door with Miss Danvers following a short pace behind.

"I don't have time to show you your dorm so I've organized for another freshman to show you around. She'll meet you outside." Miss Danvers said shortly before waving him off in dismissal before disappearing back into Crabblesnitch's office. And locking it.

He shivered in disgust a bit before walking out the door.

"Are you the one I'm supposed to show around?" a female voice said almost in Damian's ear, making him jump a bit as he heard a giggle.

The girl that surprised him, looked to be around the same age as him. She has a beautiful mane of red hair that she has in a ponytail and green eyes. Unlike most of the other students he'd seen, she wasn't wearing any particuliar color to stand out to him. In fact, she was wearing what he'd imagine the school's uniform would be.

She's wearing dark teal school skirt with a white blouse. And to top it off with black shoes.

"Sorry to scare ya, but I couldn't help it," she said as Malachi waved it off.

"You didn't do any more damage than the thoughts of what's going on in the office could do." Malachi said as he shifted the bag on his shoulder, "So, where are we going first?" he asked.

"Well, since we're already here, how about I show you where your classes will be and the cafeteria?" she suggested.

"Thanks..." Malachi trailed off, hoping she'd get the hint which she did with a bashful expression

"Oh, sorry, my name is Christy Martin. Freshman." she introduced, sticking her hand out.

Malachi took her hand, "My name is Malachi Thompson, but you can call me Kai. Also a Freshman." he said with a slight grin, a rarity in of itself.

"Well, let's go," she said, turning away as Kai followed.

"This here is the Art Room, taught by Ms. Phillips, she's kind of one of the fun teachers around here. Just as long as you take your art as seriously then she is at least." Christy said as they looked into the room.

"Do we have to take this class?" Kai asked as Christy sort of shrugged her shoulders.

"Well no, but trust me when you have a class with the other teachers around here, you'll want to take this class just to relax."

"Oh, is that all my class serves as?" a voice spoke up behind them as Christy sort of froze up while Kai looked to see who it belonged to.

He turned to see a beautiful woman in her mid-to-late 30s, with brunette hair with blonde highlights, cut neck length, and brown eyes. She's wearing a leather miniskirt and brown jacket over a gray turtleneck sweater, dark nylon tights and brown boots with high heels. She's also wearing red lipstick and has a noticeable beauty spot on the left side of her face.

"Ms. Phillips!" Christy squeaked out before stammering, "Th-that's not what I meant! What I meant was-uh..." Christy trailed off as Ms. Phillips laughed a bit.

"Easy Christy, I know what you meant and am grateful that so many students find my class so relaxing. It's meant to be." she said, calming the girl before turning her gaze to Damian, "So you must be Mr. Thompson? A pleasure to meet you." she greeted, sticking her hand out, "I hope you will prove to do well here and in my class as it seems I have you on Tuesdays this semester."

"Thank you, Ms. Phillips. And the pleasure is mine." Kai said shaking her hand.

"Well, I won't hold up any more of your time. Christy, I hope to see you in class tomorrow morning and Mr. Thompson, bring your artistic side Tuesday." Ms. Phillips said before walking away.

Breathing a sigh of relief, Christy turned to Thompson, "Now, onto Biology."

-xXx-

One Hour Later-

"And this is the boy's dorm," Christy said as they came across the dorm but before Kai could say anything, Christy beat him to the point, "Aw, dammit! Really guys?" she sighed as she saw 4 teens in white shirts with the Bullworth logo, blue jeans, and sneakers waiting around the dorm entrance. Seemingly wating for something, something Christy apparently knew about.

"Hey there, little sis." one of the guys said with a wicked grin before his eyes went to Kai, "Who's your friend?"

"Ugh, seriously Wade? You and your friends were seriously waiting on him right outside the dorm?" Christy asked with annoyance dripping in her tone.

"Hey, some of the guys just wanted to see the new meat that came in." Wade said back as he stood up from the stairs while his friends hung back, "And I might not into playing for the same team but he does look delicious, doesn't he?" he asked before a blonde haired guy walked up behind Wade and slung an arm over his shoulder, while giving Kai an almost lecherous look. No, it was a lecherous look.

"Yes, he does. Tall, dark, and handsome. Hmm!" the guy said as his eyes roamed over Damian before he said, "Too bad we're gonna have to fuck up that pretty face of his. Too bad." he laughed.

"You guys are so pathetic." Christy said with a snort of disgust, "No wonder Daddy gave up on you, Wade."

"Watch your fuckin' mouth bitch!" Wade roared as the blonde haired guy kept him from stepping towards Christy.

"Easy Wade, she's not our target. She's just trying to get a rise out of you, as usual." another guy walked up behind Wade and the blonde, "Christy, we're just showing him that Bullworth school spirit that we showed every other guy that walked through those gates."

"Well, Tom, as you might have heard, that 'school spirit' is stupid and juvenile." Christy snapped back.

"Even so, if we were to let him go then he'd be an outcast as we don't typically discriminate. Even with girls, while we may not physically assault any of you, we do 'christen' you all the same." Tom said before he eyed Wade's still tense form and then looked Kai, "How about this? One on one, your brother vs the new kid and we'll stay out of it. That sound fair?"

"Why the hell can't you guys-" "I accept" Kai's calm voice easily broke through Christy's outrage as her brother and his friends smiled while she whipped her head to look at Kai.

"W-what?"

"I said, I accept," Kai repeated as he slung his backpack off his shoulder.

"Why? You don't have to prove anything to these idiots. Especially my brother." Christy said, trying to change his mind.

"Actually, I do. If I don't fight them now. Chances are that they'll just jump me later, possibly with more people whereas I can get this stupid 'initiation' over with now with just your brother." he explained before taking a step forwards but stopped at Christy grabbing his arm.

"When he's angry, he's reckless," she whispered before taking a step back as Kai walked forwards but stopped about 15ft away from Wade as the blonde and Tom stepped back as well.

"Guess what time it is, new Kid." Wade said as he punched his fist into his other hand, "Yep! It's time for a beatdown!" he said before he dashed in and threw a sloppy punch at Kai's head which he swiftly dodged and stood back while Wade righted himself.

Once he was back up, Wade got into a brawling type stance that Kai could see were full of holes.

"C'mon, c'mon!" Wade yelled before he threw two more punches, the first being dodged by Kai again before he caught the other one and twisted it behind Wade's back, "Ahh!" he yelled out before Kai pushed him away. Kai then took a traditional muay thai stance, with his left foot barely hanging onto the ground.

"You fuckin' bastard!" Wade roared before he rushed at Kai, but instead of moving this time, Kai took a slight step forwards before thrusting his foot out, catching Wade in the chest and off balance which he quickly took advantage of as he didn't stop there as he next delivered a straight right before quickly raising a quick left roundhouse to the body, making Wade instantly fall to the ground.

"Ugh, shit." Wade cursed as he coughed, trying to draw breath as Kai began walking away, "W-where fuck you goin'? Th-this isn't ov-over." Wade rasped.

"Yes it is, I've had training where you rely mostly on basic brawling techniques that would only work on someone who hasn't had any training." Kai explained as he took his bag back from a stunned Christy, "If this were to continue, I could seriously injure you. If not kill with some of my hits, this is just some stupid hazing. Not a fight." he finished as he put his backpack on his shoulder while finally looking at Wade as his friends picked him up.

"I'll get you for this. Russell will tear your head your head off!" Wade threatened though considering he got the breath knocked out of him and was having trouble breathing, it came off as nothing more than a whisper.

"I'm sure," Kai said as he walked passed the group, keeping his eye out for any payback but they seemed to have lost their bravado after his little display so he made it into the building without too much of an issue...

...Or he would have if there wasn't a giant figure standing in front of the building.

The giant stood over 7'0 easy, he has eddish brown hair in a bowl cut and brown eyes. Like Wade and his friends, he's wearing an untucked white shirt with blue jeans, but instead of sneakers, he has boots.

"You're dead, new kid! Dead!" the giant screamed at Kai, actually starling him a bit as he'd never seen anyone as tall as this guy, even his dad was a few inches shorter. And this guy looked big and angry, typically a very bad combination.

He didn't get anymore time to observe him as the giant gave out a sort of war cry before he ran at Kai, who briefly froze up but still retained enough sense to jump out of the way as the giant swung at him but then the giant turned to him with a raging fire in his eyes that spoke of malicious intent and he pulled his arm back to try again...

"That's enough! Break it up! Break it up!" a voice yelled out getting both boys attention just right before the giant could throw his punch. The voice belonged to a middle aged black man, he was overweight with black eyes and black hair that was turning gray at the sides close to the temple. "That's enough of that! Why are you not in your uniform young man? Go change immediately!" he said, directing the last bit to Kai, who stood up from the ground, dusting his pants off while eyeing the big guy.

"I'm going," Kai said, looking at the middle-aged man before his eyes caught the site of Christy standing behind him, giving him a relieved expression, telling him that she tipped the authority figure off, he gave a thankful nod back.

As he walked into the building, he spied the big guy glaring at him the whole way, making him drum up the entire situation he's found himself in just for not backing down...

"Shit"

I'm gonna cut it off right here. I didn't want too much to happen in this first chapter as I just wanted to set the groundwork for a few things that will lead this story on the path I want to take it.

Now, in case some of you ask, yes Jimmy Hopkins will show up, he just won't be the main character but will be part of the main cast but just not right now.

I'm going to try to take this on another route than the Bully plotline, I mean I obviously will use some of it but mostly this will be of my own creation.

Until Next Time-
