A/N: I do not own Young Dracula. This speech was inspired by the set it off song dream catcher. This speech is Vlad reflecting on all he has achieved in 3 years.
My fellow vampires today I am here to congregate you on we have achieved in the past 3 years.
Let's start with the peace treaty as I know most of you were wary when we set it up but I am so happy to see you embarrassed it and slayings are at an all time low.
Next to see more vampires in breather education is something a throat was just going to be a dream. This is amazing as it means everyone has equal opportunities. Now all we have to do is give the breathers a chance to learn about are history.
I hope I have done the best for everyone and that you agree that the changes I made needed to be done a long time ago and you agree we have managed to stop countless unneeded deaths. I all so hope that everyone will bring their opinions across on all fetcher issues we come across.
I am so glad that the high hopes I set for these changes to work have not forlorn apart and that my dotes you would not take any changes into consideration have faded.
Now for the young ones listening I have a message for you keep proving everyone who has ever doted you wrong and believe in your dreams or in other words believe you'll be a dream catcher.
